Experience. Expertise. Results.

History

Avi Wagner began his legal career in securities law, working first with the Security and Exchange Commission, which provided an inside understanding of securities regulation and contacts that his clients are still able to leverage to this day, and then with Glancy, Binkow & Goldberg, LLP.  Recognizing the importance of insurance companies and insurance law to many securities-related actions, he invested in developing a second specialty in this area working with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan.  This expertise in both securities and insurance issues positioned Avi Wagner to be able to provide clients with a unique competitive advantage in actions and settlements in which insurers and insurance law play a key role.

The Wagner Firm opened its doors in 2008. Since then, we've successfully represented clients in some of the highest-profile shareholder rights and insurance coverage actions in the United States, as well as in smaller or more confidential work that doesn't make headlines.  We pride ourselves on partnering with clients and delivering extraordinary results.
